Real Madrid 4-1 Juventus: Ronaldo carries Real to 12th Champions League title

For the second consecutive year and 12th time overall, Real Madrid is the king of Europe. In the Champions League final on Saturday, Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice as Real beat Juventus 4-1 in Cardiff.
The competition's most successful club in history had yet another magical night under the lights on the biggest stage in European club soccer, taking it to a defense that had been near perfect for much of the season. Entering this match, Juventus had allowed just one goal in six knockout stage matches and four in 12 UCL matches overall, but mighty Real put three past them in just over an hour.
